Natural Plant Dye Workshop-July 8th 3pm-5pm

Join us July 8th from 3pm-5pm

Students will learn about the science and magic of plant dyes and create their own bandana design. We will look at what colors plants make & how to dye with them using a steaming process. No dyeing skills or supplies are necessary to bring; everything is provided for students to dye their own hand sewn, scoured, and mordanted bandana along with many plant options to use to create their own unique patterns. Each student will go home with their dyed bandana, knowledge about plant dyeing, and care instructions for their creation! The class is two hours long.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Leah, of Round Trip Goods, is a designer, textile artist, plant lover and is passionate about sustainable clothing and plant dyes.
