Earth Day Mala Workshop Saturday April 22, 12pm-5pm

 Join us for a special Earth Day Grounding Mala workshop!!
We’ll learn about our energetic connection to the Earth starting with a short grounding practice and meditation followed by intentional journaling guided by Sarah, Yu Wellness.

We’ll then begin to choose stones that compliment your intentions and help to connect you to the Earth’s grounding energy. Evelyn, evi3lution jewelry design, will guide your creation of your own uniquely special Mala necklace.
We will have lots of different natural gemstone beads and many colors of knotting cord and tassel thread. Pick what feels right to you!

A Mala necklace is traditionally 108 beads plus a guru bead used for mediation and to be worn with intention.

It is said when your Mala breaks, your intentions are coming to fruition!
Mala necklaces are meant to be used to help you achieve deep meditation and hold your personal intentions close.
